Overview

Turn your ordinary window shades into smart home devices with the Clevr rollers PCB. Designed to be the brains behind your automated blinds, this compact board makes motorizing your window treatments easier than ever.

Powered by a Wi-Fi-connected ESP32-C3 Super Mini PRO, Clevr rollers brings your blinds right to your smartphone or smart home hub. Simply plug in a standard 12V power supply, and the onboard A4988 driver silently and precisely controls up to two bipolar 28BYJ-48 stepper motors, giving you maximum torque to handle the heavy lifting. With built-in voltage regulation and a tiny footprint, it’s the perfect all-in-one hardware solution to let the sunshine in automatically.

Clevr rollers Controller Board

Microcontroller: ESP32-C3 Super Mini PRO (Wi-Fi enabled for smart home automation).
Primary Function: Automates manual roller blinds by driving stepper motors.
Motor Driver: A4988 Stepper Motor Driver Module (provides precise, micro-stepped control).
Motor Compatibility: Drives 1 or 2 bipolar 28BYJ-48 stepper motors (optimized for high torque).
Power Input: 12V DC via a DC005 female barrel connector.
Power Management: Integrated 12V to 5V DC-DC step-down converter to supply the ESP32.
Form Factor: Highly compact layout designed to fit discreetly inside or alongside blind housings.
