My Clevr House PCB stopped working. Am I covered by a warranty?
If you purchased a physical product as a consumer in the EU, your purchase is covered by the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee under EU and Romanian law, which covers defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery.
To make a claim, email warranty@clevr.house within the guarantee period with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or a short video showing the fault, plus test measurements where relevant. We typically respond within 7 business days. If your claim is accepted, we'll ship a replacement free of charge, and you don't need to return the defective unit. We may ask you to mark the defective PCB, for example with a permanent marker line, and send a photo, so it's clearly retired from use.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, soldering, or wiring, incorrect voltage or reversed polarity, modifications, environmental conditions outside the published specifications, or normal wear and tear. See Section 9 of the License Agreement for the full terms.
