Victron GX Replacement – 5 inch

The Victron GX panel on a larger 5-inch landscape screen: the Guition JC8048W550 (800 × 480, ESP32-S3), running ESPHome and LVGL. Live data from your Victron GX device and Home Assistant, laid out so the whole system fits on one screen.

You buy the code, not the hardware. This is a digital download: the ESPHome configuration and the Home Assistant integration, delivered in My Files once your order is confirmed. The display itself is not included — bring your own Guition JC8048W550 5-inch display.

Made for the wider screen

• A left navigation rail with the clock and connection status gives every screen the full height.
• Now is laid out by system topology: grid and AC loads on the AC-in side, the MultiPlus in the centre, critical loads and Fronius on AC-out, battery and MPPT on the DC side. Per-phase values and bars sit right in the cards.
• A daily strip always shows solar, import, export and self-sufficiency.
• Today shows energy in and energy out side by side, with each source's share.
• History shows today by hour and the last 7 days side by side.
• Forecast fits today, tomorrow, the day after and a short insight on one screen.

Control and diagnostics

• Set the ESS minimum state of charge from the battery card — written to the Cerbo only when you press SET.
• Settings: Wi-Fi, Home Assistant, MQTT and BLE relay status; SmartSolar MPPT readings over BLE compared with the Cerbo; brightness and night dimming; firmware info and hold-to-restart.
• Stale or missing data is flagged per source, so one dead feed never hides the others.
