Meet the Air Guardian 1.54": the DIY air quality monitor built entirely around your needs. Powered by a smart ESP32-C3 Super Mini PRO, the Air Guardian isn’t just a single sensor—it’s a blank canvas for environmental tracking.

Whether you need to monitor CO2 in a crowded office, particulate matter in a dusty workshop, or VOCs and formaldehyde in a newly painted living room, you choose exactly what goes into your build. With a versatile mix of 3.3V and 5V I2C ports, plus a dedicated UART connection, you can easily plug-and-play the world's most accurate sensors from Sensirion, Winsen, and more. Top it all off with a bright ST7789 display for on-the-spot data, and you have a truly personalized smart-home air quality guardian.

Air Guardian 1.54" Base Board

  • Microcontroller: ESP32-C3 Super Mini PRO (Wi-Fi ready for smart home integration).

  • Display Output: SPI interface tailored for a high-contrast ST7789 screen.

  • Expansion Ports (The Modularity Hub):

    • 3x I2C connectors (3.3V)

    • 1x I2C connector (5V)

    • 1x UART connector

Choose Your Measurements (Supported Sensor Ecosystem): Because of its flexible power and data routing, the Air Guardian supports mixing and matching from the following list:

  • Carbon Dioxide (CO2): SCD40 (I2C)

  • Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): SGP41 (I2C)

  • Carbon Monoxide (CO): YYS sensor (UART)

  • Formaldehyde (CH2O): Winsen sensor (UART)

  • Particulate Matter (PM): SPS30 (I2C) or PMS5003 (UART)

  • Climate (Temp/Humidity): AHT20, SHT30, or SHT40 (I2C)

  • Atmospheric Pressure: BMP280 (I2C)

  • All-in-One Environmental Modules: Sensirion SEN5x or SEN6x series (I2C)
